New account opening instructions
- Complete your online application, note the reference number provided.
- Please ignore the automated email from ‘No Reply Report’ that goes out automatically upon application completion. You will be provided an alternative to mailing a cheque.
- Our staff will send you a secure email from DS_NewAccounts@peoplesgroup.com with the reference number from step 1 above so you know it is from us.
- This email will provide details on what personal identifications are acceptable, your alternative to mailing a cheque and how to submit them.
Once processing is complete, you will receive an email with your online banking credentials. You will find one cent in your account upon logging in. This allows us to activate your account.
